For some reason I have been thinking about Austria a lot lately and how I would just love to go back! I would love to see this beautiful country during the Christmas season - the lights, the snow, the markets - oh, how beautiful it is!

Aloha! And Mele Kalikimaka! With our trip to Hawaii coming up in the near future it has me dreaming of all things Hawaii and it has me wanting to have a real Mele Kalikimaka. For those of you that are not familiar with the song or anything to do with Hawaii it means Merry Christmas. I would LOVE to spend Christmas there one year and I'm sure it will eventually happen :)

 

In our past visits we have always left the islands during the first few days in December so the decorations were out and I could at least pretend!

I never posted about my cruise to Mexico, but for Spring Break 2008 my roommate and I cruised from Galveston, TX to Cozumel and the Yucatan. We were lucky enough to see one of the new wonders of the world, Chichen Itza.

I love how it seems all the port cities in Europe have beautifully colored buildings on the water. Copenhagen, Denmark is one of these cities (so is Bergen, Norway but that's for a future feature).

I really enjoyed my trip trip to Copenhagen. Such a fun and beautiful city on the water!

This was taken while I was on a walk in the town I was staying in, Hønefoss. The river was so still on the serface and it picked up the colors of the sky perfectly.

Can you believe that August is pretty much here? Soon my roadways will be filled with school buses again…booo!

Today’s picture is from my time in London. I visited for a weekend when I was studying abroad in Norway. I loved that we were on the London Eye during sunset, the colors and the views of the river were wonderful. My friend captured this picture of me admiring the sights.

Today's picture was taken on the beautiful Hawai'i Island. If you didn't already know, the largest island in the chain of islands that make up the state of Hawai'i is named Hawai'i. The main seven islands are Hawai'i, Maui, Kauai, Oahu, Lanai, Moloka'I and Ni'Ihau.

These pictures were taken in Capri, Italy and along the Amalfi Coast. The picture on the left is me with the HUGE lemon hybrids you can find there, Ponderosa Lemons (thanks Tai)! A combo of a lemon and citron. And the one on the right is probably my favorite picture from the trip - Even though my hair is all up in my face and Ashley's eyes are closed and you can see the camera's shadow on us I feel like it truly captured the moment and how much fun we were having!
